Tim Borne, MA, is a much sought after speaker and facilitator. He has garnered national recognition for his work with surgical leaders in the operating room, influencing skills for executive leaders, and winning approaches to change management. He has been a guest lecturer at several prestigious institutions including Dartmouth, Baylor, Kaiser Permanente, Pacific University and OHSU. He has deep expertise and experience with interpersonal as well as organizational conflict. He specializes in successfully navigating difficult behavior in the workplace. Tim has a solid track record of success in meditating labor disputes, facilitating strategic planning sessions, as well as effectively working with executive teams and boards. Tim served six years as Chief of Staff and VP of Human Resources for Northwest Permanente, PC and taught organizational psychology and negotiations in the graduate school of business at Pacific University.
When Tim is not consulting or teaching, you can find him either on the waves along the pacific coast or sitting behind the piano with his band performing in local hot spots.
